Low-income jobs have always been more plentiful than jobs that require schooling.
The availability of love-income jobs impacts unemployment.
Most people are working two jobs because they aren’t making enough on just one.
So unemployment can certainly be low but so can income.
Having said that, if women/wives wouldn’t have 3 or 4 or more kids before they get the education necessary to get a decent job, that’d sure help them step up from poverty.
