Correct your lack of accuracy. When you call a “he” a “she”, you’re saying a male is a female. If a male is a female, he can participate in female everything.

I understand what you are saying but the definition of man is a woman sometimes but not others is confusing.

On the basis that she was born male and has a male body. As I’ve said repeatedly, sports are segregated by gender for real and legitimate reasons.
