Supported by a mountain of evidence. We live in the digital age.

Well, that’s certainly not true. Seditious conspiracy is a political act.

Not defending :grinning:

Sure, sure.

Not at all. I hope he goes to jail; for the right charge.

No, it isn’t. It’s a criminal act.

The two are not mutually exclusive.

So conspiring to overthrow a government is not a political act?

You… it’s why you replied.

Revolution?

Terrorism?

Coup?

Ah so, another example of mealy-mouthed trolling.

It’s a criminal act.

But only one of those terms allows for the feelings of victimization and persecution you guys (c) require.

It is a political act made criminal by legislation. Still a political act.

I don’t require anything but honesty and accuracy.

So…you don’t think it isn’t a political act, you just want to use a more pejorative term…for feelings?

Y’all seem really angry about the charge of seditious conspiracy. Let the DOJ know you are really upset. Maybe they’ll change it to something far less upsetting?

I don’t know who you mean that for. I am only curious to see the arguments made by each side.
