James Clapper: Russia DEFINITELY did sway the election to Trump

Hillary spent $565 million, President Trump spent $322 million (most of it his own $$) so just how much did Russia spend? The best I can find is something like $100K to $300K on social media ads and some pro & con rallies for both candidates.

The “official” report was that those rascally Ruskies were working both angles and both candidates with the measly amount of $$ they invested and to believe they really had any impact on the outcome is naïve and stupid frankly.

But if you really believe it then you should be mad at Obama because he knew it and did nothing so you could say that Obama himself had more of an influence then the Russians.

Show us that.

All this from Clapper really shows is the incredible bias Clapper and Brennan brought into the intelligence service.
Unless the Russians actually changed votes electronically, it was always the American voter who changed the election.
If the Obama administration knew or believed that the Russians were giving out propaganda, it was up to them by arguing about it in the election.
Ultimately, it would be the American voter who would evaluate the propaganda and accept or reject any. It would be the voters choice. Russian couldn’t make them do anything.

Meaningless argument. It has nothing to do with now.

Tired old angle. Try again.

What bias? Because they go against your thinking? They are experts in the field, unlike you or me.

You can’t hate someone like they did Trump and decide whether to investigate the Trump campaign or not in a professional manner. They should have recognized their biases and recused themselves from any decisions involving the Trump campaign.

Thank goodness Sessions did.

Who’s “they” and how did you determine this to be a fact?

Clapper and Brennan and by paying attention to what they have been saying.

Yes he did, but when one side recuses over biases and the other side doesn’t there is an imbalance.

Sessions didn’t recuse himself because he was biased. He recused himself because he had no business presiding over a case he was involved in. Unlike the Obama era of we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing.

Don’t you frequently chastise other posters for speculating?
