We were at war with a couple of the muslim countries for about 20 years already.
Lots of young Americans came back maimed or dead.

American citizens have been kidnapped and many killed all around the world ever since this country was founded. The only time it has evoked a military response was when Marines invaded Tripoli and when Reagan sent troops to Grenada. Even the Iranian capture of diplomats and marine guards when they took the US Embassy did not rise to an act of war.
When they start grabbing them off the streets of your hometown, then perhaps we could consider ut an act of war.

actually, that is precisely by definition an act of war. That however does not mean the other guy (us in that case) has to respond in kind unless they choose to. Which would be perfectly justified.

Now, the surrogates attacking American troops is another matter. Yes, that could be considered an act of war; however, we are not there by invitation so its kind of sketchy as an excuse at best. Just bomb the ■■■■ out of all of their drone and missile facilities and kill two birds with one stone.
Or National Socialists and International Socialists who fought each other in WW2 were really both just different flavors of authoritarian leftists.
National Socialists were violently racist and nationalistic, while International Socialists were violently atheistic and believed that class differences trumped race and nationality. Both believed in state control of the economy and the media, which is also true of the authoritarian Uniparty neocons who run Washington today.
The real divide is those who believe in the free speech and a government by officials elected in free and fair elections and those who believe in censorship and domination of government by unelected oligarchs.
It would appear that Iran is wanting to go to war with us.

And obama hilled 4+ in Benghazi.

At this point anyone who disagrees with the official authoritarian narratives is deemed “far-right” or “right-wing”. Free speech and free elections are now labeled as “fascist” in western countries. The Soviet government had a similar approach.
The National Socialists were fine with racism against Jews and Russians because they were not white enough therefor racially inferior. Now Critical-Race socialists are fine with racism against Jews and Russians because they are too white and therefor viewed as inherent oppressors.
The racist endpoint is the same even though they come from opposite directions.

And yes. I do believe that Iran needs to be taken down a few notches. A few strategic strikes on weapons bases and uranium enrichment facilities would probably do it.
