Is China right concerning censorship?

Yes.

Use of someone else’s private platform is not a constitutional right though.

Not if that traverse public funded or subsidized internet.

You see…libs really don’t believe in freedom of speech. And thus pushing towards China totalitarians using large corporations to do the dirty work.

should I be allowed to post graphic porn on this website? after all free speech.

are you arguing that more government regulation is needed To regulate free speech?

we need to regulate free speech to protect free speech.

All it takes is a perceived grievance from a large corporation to call for regulating the internet.

Cool.

Funny thing is the Internet is the wild west.
banned on twitter? start your own twitter.
banned on facebook? start your own website.

Alex Jones is banned on just about everything yet he still has million of followers and makes millions every year.

Funny you were not saying that when they were making people make them cakes. And yes that is the bakers platform.

Yes, but I, as an individual, do not have to recognize your right to free speech. As an employer, if I even see you as much as wink at a union member, you will be fired immediately. How’s that for free speech?

Your right to free speech is only in regards to government retaliation. You can still say what you want, but not without potential retaliation since no one outside of the government need recognize that right.

That is a public accommodation law which is based on the idea that there are limited choices for purchasing physical goods and therefore there shouldn’t be discrimination based on certain criteria as set forth by the regulatory agencies of the State when operating under a business license.

The internet is literally nearly infinite when it comes to disseminating speech.

It is hard to argue that a physical good is the same as the 1’s and 0’s of the Internet for distribution of speech.

That is a bunch of goodly gook to try and explain your hypocrisy. A for effort.

Which is a false idea.

Mmmmmmm.

It is two separate issues.

Public accommodation laws exist because there are enough ■■■■■■■■ out there that they have to exist.

Should they exist? Well no. In a perfect world the only arrangement of goods and services would involve the price.

To compare the trade of real tangible goods for money with using someone else’s private platform for free is really silly.

No it isn’t.

■■■■■■■■ those suits were in large metropolitan areas with numerous bakers. They were not limited in choice. Being that some of them won do to what you actually said, “it was their forum”, as an artist. your hypocrisy is is shining.

censorship is double plus good

utopia

You’re justifying your own hypocrisy. Those companies uses the internet for their existence, and that internet highway uses public access. It uses roads. bridges and other utilities all subsidized by our goverment.

Much like libs said that baker using public roads that brings them the goods needed…and customer base that he needs.
