International criminal court to investigate US for war crimes

invading a nation without congressional authorization that is not aiding or harboring enemies of the united states or an imminent threat to US persons or interests… like Libya.

Where are you getting the idea that anyone would be “giddy” over that?

However, if an American serviceman did commit a war crime, he should be held accountable for it.

It won’t be the ICC…it should be the US military courts system.

And war crimes should be taken seriously…by the US. Not by some group who’s authority we do not accept.

That’s kind of the crux of handing it over to some foreign court to which we have resigned no authority, isn’t it?
