When you sell something, do you ask for more so you can negotiate down?
Use your imagination. For example, do we really need to be funding such things as gender studies … in Pakistan?
That is a start, but it will fund hardly anything. Where would the big cuts come from? I can use my imagination but I’m interested in what you think we could cut.
The left is OK with tax cuts to pay for it, what should Republicans offer as an alternative to pay for it?
Have you ever heard of the old Chinese method of execution … death by 1000 cuts? Large impacts are possible by making small cuts if you make enough of them.
