Funny thing is, most of these libs who are suddenly offended by a statue, grew up their entire live having never known who they were in honor of in the first place, until some other angry libs told them what to think.

But how will the Iraqis remember their history and heritage without that statue?

Many years ago in the South, Christian ministers and radio hosts encouraged people to burn their Beatles records because John Lennon suggested that at the time The Beatles/rock and roll were bigger than Jesus.
There were public record burnings, concerts were protested by the KKK…The Beatles were cancel cultured!
And strangely, everyone still knows who they are. By the logic of this thread and those who support it none of us should know who The Beatles are today.
It wasn’t just in the south.

There’s really no way for us to know. Hiistory was erased by those who burned the records and protested so how are we really supposed to know, right?
