States are not required to detain people without due process, which is what ICE is asking them to do with detainers.
With amongst the highest taxes in the nation. All that immigration costs money.
You lose credit for any good done since no matter how you feel about the programs you demand they be supported involuntarily.

EVERY govt program is supported involuntarily because there’s ALWAYS people that don’t want to pay.
You want government to reach into people’s pockets. Claiming they’re reaching into yours too gives you no credit.
