I thought Covid was no longer a threat?..Trump campaign seems worried about it

As well we should. Except for when informed consent is used as a shield against all types of negligence. Then it’s no good.

Let me do it another way. You can sue a gym and succeed because while there are dangers associated with a work

No disclaimer shields you from gross negligence which can’t be argued in this case anyhow.

Informed consent let’s people know there are risks and it’s up to them to decide if they are willing to accept them.

Did I miss you finally posting the quote of Trump saying the outbreak is over?

trump is a ■■■■■■■ idiot.

So, those fools who pulled that statue over unsafely and onto the other fool’s head, are those head-banger’s criminally liable for the head-bangee’s injuries?

Feel better now? :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

COVID contact tracers not allowed to ask if you’ve been to a BLM Floyd protest but you can bet they will ask about Trump rallies.

Then why should the Trump campaign be liable for the Chinese Flu found in people who happen to have attended their rallies. How would you prove that’s where they got it? Now, if a COVID19 negative patient is roomed on a hospital with a COVID19 positive patient for several days and ends up dying from COVID19 do you think there would be a provable connection?

Did you ever find that link to a quote of Trump saying the outbreak is over?

You couldn’t but if the plaintiff gets the right jury it won’t matter.

So Houston is down the road a piece. Houston, like most big cities, has a democrat mayor, Sylvester Turner.

Sylvester not only allowed a massive funeral for George Floyd, he attended.

He also allowed and attended a massive (60k) protest of the police brutality.

Sylvester spoke at both.

But now, now, China Flu is a problem again. Houston’s Independence Day celebration is called “Freedom Over Texas” for some reason.

Due to the pandemic, Shell Freedom Over Texas will be modified in order to continue to keep Houstonians safe. This year we will celebrate July 4 with the Houston Symphony, including live and virtual guests. The 3 hour event will be available via ABC13 Houston.

Houstonians will be permitted to watch on tv.

“Despite growing evidence that the pandemic is still raging, President Trump and other administration officials said on Tuesday that they had made so much progress in bringing it under control that they planned to wind down the coronavirus task force in the coming weeks and focus the White House on restarting the economy”

Why wouldn’t a contact tracer be allow to ask if you went to a protest?

What a blunder. We are in for a terrible summer.

AND the economy is going to suffer right along side of our citizen’s health.

To control the numbers? The demographics of COVID shame.

Wouldn’t want anything to disagree with the narrative that you can catch Covid at the funeral of your parent but not at a protest or a huge funeral for Floyd.

Or a Trump rally. Mass protests, looting, rioting are not leading to large outbreaks. Trump rallies are. The rioters took more accurate temperature readings using anal thermometers. The dumb Trump rallies only using digtial forehead swipe readers. Dumb

So, I don’t think that’s true, that they can’t ask about protests.

Do you have a source for the claim?

Do you have a source for the claim tracers can’t ask about protests?

Did you not know?
