I see gun grabbing libs suffered a big defeat today

That"s not.

Or defend others…

Yup.nice to see consensus in SC.

Maybe, but not this

Loosely written laws with very little protections for due process, very lax requirements to get a red flag order, judges rubber stamping requests, no punishments for false reports, hell to get weapons back (attorneys required)…. What could possibly go wrong with any of that?

Which state’s law are you describing?

Pretty much all of them.

Honest question - you know many liberals who champion warrantless entry and seizure of property ?

When it comes to firearms? Absolutely. Look at any gun banner.

Where does she talk about warrantless entry ?

Turn ‘em all in… or else.

Still nothing about warrantless. That’s what the SCOTUS case was about

Sort of.

Perhaps you could clarify for us how this situation differs from red flag laws?

It doesn’t.

This is a red flag laws, but not all red flag laws are this.

And if they are, they are done

Very little oversight on any of them. So easy to get a red flag order… I haven’t found a single instance of someone being prosecuted for filing a false red flag order.

Can you show us libs where we want warrantless home entry?

“Wellness checks”. Blank check to go into someone’s house and ensure they can’t hurt themselves or others. Liberals are for that, right?

“Wellness checks” are in no way synonymous with warrantless entry of a home.

Why do you think libs want warrantless home entry?
