I Don't Believe the 500,000 New Jobs Numbers

And therein lies the heart of the problem.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), an agency of the executive branch of the Federal government,

Anthony Stephen Fauci OMRI (/ˈfaʊtʃi/ FOW-chee; born December 24, 1940) is an American physician-scientist and immunologist who served as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) from 1984 to 2022, and the chief medical advisor to the president from 2021 to 2022.[4]

Regardless this number trumps all else, this is the perceived confidence where they are at on the economic ladder and being able to even support their family.

Half of the country is being irreversibly left behind, thats been a very dangerous trend throughout history that usually ends badly.

From 3 years ago?

Don’t be so dire. Sometimes it ends in a tax increase.

Sock would’ve been more accurate.

To @WuWei i think the part you’re missing here is that re covid, the reason Trump didn’t fire Fauci is that he believed in him and the ever changing scientific response.
He knew deep down how deadly the virus was by his interview with Woodward where he acknowledged how dangerous he thought it was.
To the public he down played it. A political move to be sure not one re truly believed.

Trump couldn’t fire Fauci.

And i ask you why not? He fired everyone else he pleased. He knew Fauci was unpopular with his base, so why didn’t he do it.

Because he can’t. No president can.

Fauci worked for trump.

That’s like saying I worked for the President because I was in military.

Technically you did.

But as excellent and appreciated as your military career was, comparing it to a guy whose title was official advisor to the president is a little bit of a stretch.

Fauci worked for trump. As both the head of the nih and as an advisor. The buck stops with the boss.

Not that radical of an observation.

Lol, he wasn’t the head of NIH. You obviously didn’t read the article.

Sorry. Meant niaid.
