There pay averages over 15 an hour.

Which is not the same as starting wage being over 15 an hour. But on average, they pay more than what is claimed to be a living wage.

So doesn’t that seem a little racist? Are they trying to say the state’s “Black, Latino, Latinx, Indigenous, Asian, Pacific Islander, Tribal, and students of color” are too stupid to meet the qualifications so let’s dumb them down for everyone to the lowest point those people can achieve?

And yet there is enough wealth left over that the vast majority of Americans can live in a style fitting the wealthy in many other countries. In America, even the poor are well off compared to a very large proportion of the people in the world.
