Schumer cited ideological reasons for the delay.
“They must prove by actions, not words, that they are in the mainstream rather than we have to prove that they are not,” Schumer said at the time.

As to Trump supposedly having sex with a porn star an example of “Trump doing things unprecedented as POTUS”
First off, Trump’s tryst with Stormy Daniels was 12 years ago, he was not the president.
Secondly JFK had the secret service sneak in Hollywood starlets for him to have sex with, and we know what President Clinton did. so Trump would need to go beyond any of that, for him to commmit an unprecedented act as president.
I said they don’t normally do that, there is nothing normal about Trump.
