The Federal response is limited to support by design.
It takes far too long for a federal response to be ramped up.
We’d need hundreds of thousands or even millions of federal workers who would sit idle for years, or even decades between outbreaks if we relied on the Federal Gov’t to do the job and that would be astronomically wasteful.
Their only job is to provide research, information, and support to the state agencies.
Their purpose has remained the same since inception.

Don’t crawfish now. Between 2-14 days. Average is 5 days. Cain was at 10 days which means his symptoms occurred before the 10 day mark. Right in the middle of the KNOWN timeframe it takes to become infected and then show symptoms. The exact same amount of time it was since he attended the Trump rally.
Even if we limit it to 14 days, 10 is not “in the middle”.
