Ummm…all that shows is that they were talking about having an investigation. We knew that. And that is what should be done.

If it is not Unconstitutional for a President to request a foreign country to investigate possible corruption involving people in both countries, then this whole hysteria is based on garbage.
Show me in the constitution where a President cannot request an investigation for fact finding purposes to be held in a foreign country.

Apparently the new standard is that if someone is running for office neither they nor any of their family members can be investigated.
Odd that standard didn’t apply in 2015/16.

Sondland’s proclamation that Trump was clear about no quid pro quo seems a little too convenient. That text was on Sept. 9, the same date the IG notified the House Intelligence Committee about the whistleblower complaint. That was CYA by Sondland in case anyone ever read the texts.
