The left in America won’t admit it much openly but they’re worried and getting more so each day. OP’s title is spot on and if they can’t unwind themselves gracefully from the 3+ months of violence (especially with the economy ticking upward) then they will keep watching their pols give the election up to the right. We’ll be here witnessing it unfold in real time.

Trump as POTUS was “rationally” elected to federally govern the United States of America, just like States have a governor and each town has a mayor. Liking or disliking any elected officials leadership style once elected is often emotional and far from accepting the reality of the situation.
So blame the victim?

The “rules” here are gatherings of up to 100 people, so he should be fine.
Hard to get a bigger gathering than that anyway.
I imagine he will take a private jet and avoid as many people as possible and then scramble back ASAP.
