If she could sue, she wouldn’t have resigned.
As she should.
bigtwnvin: PurpnGold:If she was white, her plagiarism would have been celebrated… or at least ignored.
Apparently Gay’s skin color enabled her plagiarism to result in exactly that.
How so?
Nope, not playing today.
How do you know that she didn’t get hired based on merit?
Stolen merit? Was she hired to be a Xerox machine?

Harvard knew she “plagiarized” and still hired her?

Then you probably shouldn’t make that claim.
They should have known more than we know.
And based on what’s been presented so far it’s completely ■■■■■■ that she was hired. Students get expelled for significantly better and less obvious plagiarism.
What were the qualifications of the role?
Not stealing.
Fight the Woke!

Plagiarism is a high bar… right now I would call what Ive seen so far as sloppy. For example she cites certain sentences but fails to put quotes around them. Now those errors should have been caught by her advisor or anyone else peer reviewing her work… but it doesn’t seem like it was.
And it’s not clear that Harvard knew this and still hired her. Given that some of this work was over 25 years ago… I suspect they did a lot of assuming.

You’re thinking Biden, right?
Courtesy of the Washington Free Beacon, here are a few samples from the new batch of plagiarism allegations. (I think this is batch number 3. I have not been following this story closely.)
Was this for her doctoral thesis? (I haven’t kept up.)
If so, is her doctorate now fraudulent?

D⁶
Right on!
And that’s ok?
Well… privilege
Don’t have any off the top of my head
Typical for you to lie.
Just like the post I responded to
Wrong again.
And that’s ok?
No, I think she did the right thing by resigning. From the terrible congressional hearing… to these allegations of plagiarism… it’s too much.
