At what point will the majority of Republications on the hill come to grips with this man. And it will be interesting to see how Fox News continues to play this.

If yesterday was any indication, they’ll try and minimalize it with distractions (hey, illegal immigrants!) or deflections. Hopefully, there are some real journalists working there who will speak up and cover it as it should, but I expect their voices, like that of the late Alan Colmes, will be hushed as much as possible.

Indeed, there will have to be proof of anything Cohen alleges. If a trial were held, do you seriously believe any statement Cohen makes will be accepted as is, without supporting evidence?

The judge asked this question before accepting Cohen’s guilty pleas, was told the prosecutors have tapes, made by Cohen, of Trump instructing Cohen.

The indictment states that there was an agreement that was found during a judicially approved search that allotted payment for suppression of a story. Is it your position that Cohen drafted said agreement on his own, without approval or coordination with Individual 1?

• proof that Trump gave the order to pay. (That may be easy. Maybe.)
• proof that Trump gave the order to pay using a type of funds that constituted an illegal act.

I thought according to the tape we already heard that Cohen had already talked to someone else about how to pay the porn star
