Grand Jury material temporary blocked by Supreme court

Of course he was.

Opinion noted.

After he asked his lawyer
and when he did “ask” he told them to see who? Oh yes, his personal lawyer.

Totally above board for the President to involve his personal lawyer in having a foreign government investigate a potential political rival.

Indeed. Trumps own DOJ submitted evidence in Federal Court in front of a Judge who reviewed the evidence and agreed with the guilty plea by Cohen which proved that the payments were illegal in nature and done in coordination with Trump (aka Individual #1 in court documents) and was partially responsible for sending Cohen to prison.

To deny these basic facts are to deny plain reality. Trump and his personal attorney engaged in a series of felonies in a criminal conspiracy. The only reason Trump was not also indicted for these crimes was because of the office he holds.

Cohen plead guilty to the criminal charges and went to prison for it. Holy crap man.

Conspiracy theories are fun.

Tax evasion, bank fraud
how the HELL does that paint Trump as a criminal?

So do you have a link to this “official foreign policy”?

If Hillary was really guilty of breaking laws, then she would have very likely been indicted during the past 39 months that Trump has been in office. But Hillary never got indicted during the past 39 months. And several months ago, she was cleared by the State Department.

I don’t think you understand what constitutes a conspiracy theory. Evidence submitted in Federal Court, reviewed by a Federal Judge, and sworn to its veracity by Trump’s own DOJ, that leads to a conviction and actual time in prison is NOT a theory. Let alone a conspiracy. It is factual. Real life. These things actually happened. Holy smokes. :flushed:

Did you intentionally skip over the crime Cohen was convicted of that dealt with his criminal conspiracy to commit election fraud with Trump? Or was that an accident on your part?

Let’s mull over the President’s personal lawyer pleading guilty to tax evasion and bank fraud and then that same lawyer testifying in front of Congress saying that he crimed hard at the direction of the President.

And then someone saying “how does that paint Trump as a criminal?”

Just mull it over a little.

Is the claim that Vice President was acting as a rogue force against the policy of the President?

That would be extraordinary.

Lets mull over a person pleading guilty to lying and cheating. Then that say lyer and cheater testifying before congress.

Just because his layer was lying and cheating (in things unrealted to Trump) Does that mean everyone he associated with and every client was a criminal? And that he wasn’t trying to save his own ass in front of congress and may not have told the truth then as well?

Just mull it over a little

And now the phone call, where the Ukraine guy he was talking to admitted they had zero evidence of corruption but would fire him anyway to get the billion.

If Cohen was lying to Congress under oath he would have placed himself in greater legal jeopardy
since one of the things that he pled guilty to was previously lying to Congress.

Plus
 he brought the goods.

I could only imagine a hypothetical Clinton Presidency where her former personal lawyer went to jail and then testified before Congress saying “If you look here you will find a ton of crime that the President did” and then the right wing media saying that it wasn’t a big deal
 the lawyer is a liar
no need to look into that.

I could only imagine.

Yeah yeah yeah
except you’re trying to pin Cohen’s crimes on Trump.
