Lol…your irony was purely unintentional…I know it.
But that’s “just fine”.

No my friend. The R establishment went into hiding as Trump’s popularity rose. They put on a “mask” of support…but did so…for no other reason…except…self preservation…period. Lee is one of those people. I saw him before and after he placed on his mask and he doesn’t fool me for one second. What he said, simply exposed himself to anyone with their eyes open. Are your eyes open?
So it’s not possible that the supporters of trump like Graham and Cruz are just heaping promise on the briefing to help themselves politically?
What is more logical - Lee is lying and the briefing was awesome…this puts him in Trump’s crosshairs, and puts him at odds with the majority of his party. It gives hime no political advantage that I can see, unless his district in UT is filled with liberals, which seems unlikely.
or
The briefing was crappy, and Graham et al. are full of ■■■■ - mind you, Graham and others are on record time and again claiming Trump was reckless and bad etc… But saying this now gives them the support of the POTUS, gives them cred with Trump’s devoted base and keeps them relevant in this iteration of the GOP.
Which seems more likely to you?
Smyrna:Ahhhhhh…let’s use the word “insulting” to cover your ass Mike. It doesn’t though…so don’t look now but…your TDS is showing.
Mike Lee, co-chairman of the Re-Elect Trump 2020 in Utah organization is suffering from TDS?
Smyrna: JayJay:Yep…totally not a cult.
No one can have or can have had an independent thought about Trump at any time.
Hint…you should read up on Lindsay Graham and Trump and why Lindsay changed. It’s not self-preservation in the slightest. It’s a real bond that has formed.
But you won’t find those stories on Faith Goldy’s, Millie Weaver’s or the angry cat’s YouTube channel so my guess is you haven’t seen those stories.
Even though you’re very smart and well educated, your ability to look out into the world and see things plainly…is one of your staunchest limitations.

You got to love being called out of touch by a conspiracy theorist
Your post doesn’t make sense.
NebraskaFootball:Rand Paul agreed with Lee. Does he also suffer from TDS?
No. What you see…is what you get with Rand Paul.
…
But Mike Lee has TDS. Seems arbitrary based on emotional displeasure with someone stepping even a hair out of line from the stated Trump* position.
*3rd Impeached President of the United States

Great way to frame reality here. Good post.
This administration is such an trainwreck
Kevhead:Lol. The south side isnt really that bad
LOL. Then you are free to pick the neighborhood. Choose the one that has all the murder please. LOL.
Why this obsession with Chicago…it isn’t even in the top 3 most dangerous cities. St. Louis is the worst and as for states, Alaska is the most violent.

TDS indeed.

when it comes to violent crime chicago has about the same rate as houston,in gun crazed texas.
i guess guns really dont make you safer…(houston rate 1095/100000 chicago 1099/100000)
24/7 Wall St. reviewed violent crime rates in major U.S. cities from the FBI’s 2017 Uniform Crime Report. See which cities made the top 25 list.

I notice no one wants to comment on this…

What seems more likely is exactly what I said. They are both establishment Rs that pretend to side with Trump for their own political gain. Let the nation begin to turn against Trump and they will follow…period.

The CEC laser focused on that since Obama became nominee for President.
wonderingrover:Wow - maybe some of the GOP folks are starting to wake up. One can only hope.
Don’t be too wowed. Mike Lee is a never Trumper. Don’t get your hopes too high.
Sounds like the whistlblower on the Ukriane thing, huh?
“Very disturbed by what we heard”/“Worst briefing ever…”
Versus: “It was a perfect call”/“Many are saying it was the best briefing ever.”
Wonder who’s spinning tales again…

I’m still thinking!!
I believe that this administration and many Republicans on the hill feel that they can lie with immunity.
Works for the other side.
Did he get one when Obama spyed illegally on Americans?
