Good News!? April Jobs 263k

MSNBC has been praising the numbers all day.

I went to CNN’s website and their live feed was discussing the India cyclone.

Thus I was wondering where @zonulet was referring that:

Hey, aren’t you the guy who’s been pasting dimocrat party media lies about russian collusion multiple times per day for the past two and a half years??

Weird that people who posted lies daily for two and a half years think anyone cares about their opinion.

The National debt is now at $22.26 trillion. It has increased by about 11.5% since Trump became President. But we are not supposed to be concerned about the National debt anymore.

Um… Trump’s term clearly started after that gray shading. He saved the country.

Fake numbers

These are the "real"numbers

I suppose the poster who made the claim doesn’t want to face the music that the facts don’t align with the claim.

The boomers have decided to rob the piggy bank and cash out for themselves, screw the future. Next is ensuring only they get SS, MC, while proclaiming it’s dirty socialism the whole time they take the checks.

The “real unemployment” argument was all over the place. Part of the reason the unemployment rate dropped in this report was labor force participation. There used to be howls of LABOR FORCE PARTICIPATION under Obama for so many reports and now? Crickets.

For those saying the economy is booming like never before, and it’s all thanks to Trump, I’m so sorry for having to burst your bubble. These charts from the the article linked below, based directly on the BLS numbers.

Good news is Trump is continuing the great numbers and trends that happened when he took office! That should be great news to anyone!

The article mentions one of the weak areas is manufacturing. I live in an area with lots of manufacturing, and they are practically begging people to come work for them. They will train you and pay you a livable wage in the area, with opportunities for advancement, but they just can’t get people to stay and work. They’re going to have to start paying people more for HARD WORK.

So I posted that 2 hrs ago. You posted an hour later. Chances are good they were on a different subject an hour or 2 later.

I checked back when you posted. It was about the India cyclone.

Sorry to rain on the parade, but no CNN reporter was sounding sad over the news.

Classic

What time was I watching CNN? Just curious.

That’s not really the story that consumers get from Republican media. It’s no wonder that we hear something totally different here each day.

So since they did not report on that news continuously for the whole day, and the exact moment you tuned in, it means they ignored it.

Brilliant logic.

No, I’ve been posting facts that have been reported and were largely confirmed by the Mueller report.

Great point

It’s a debt-based economy.

Yeah, I toured some of those factories,…$12/hour for a welder, or working fabrication machinery in a factory, just seems like so little.

These are important, and high-skill, and sometimes dangerous, trade jobs, and the only reason some of these people can make it by is because the cost of living isn’t terribly outrageous.

But it would be incredibly difficult to try to support a family with what is considered a “real” job.

“real jobs” are going to have to start paying more or people aren’t going to do the work.
