Quick recap: Nunes used House funds to secretly meet disgraced Ukrainian official to solicit aid in promoting Russian propaganda regarding Joe Biden in Nov 2018. He sent aide to meet regularly with Giuliani and Parnas to further scheme, then used House hearings to deny scheme.

If its true, I can only say if opposition research was ok for Democrats in 2016 its ok for Nunes too. Did you ever camplain about the dossier being paid for by the DNC?
Opposition research is not illegal or unique.
