I don’t know of any liberal who was against uniformed armed trained officers at schools. What we didn’t like was the idea of teachers having guns, random “good guys” being on campuses armed. I was literally on a jury for an assault charge of two dads fighting at a school while dropping off their kids. They were both horrible ■■■■■■■■■ and if one or both had been armed…I think it would have made the news.
Which doesn’t mean ■■■■ for decision making with a gun.
What’s with your appeal to intelligence for every scenario except what they are actually intelligent in. Seems like you would trust Fauci with a gun but not a vaccine because he’s “intelligent”.
Besides, the original question about this red herring asked about accidents. Not criminal acts.
But you’re right. Insurance covers losses from criminal acts if the insured is not the one doing the crime. Look at all the looting examples out there. A common lib dismissal of those crimes is that the looted store is covered by insurance. And they are.
why are we still talking about a mass shooting by a white citizen minor person when we have brown immigrants on a massive crime wave of epic proportions.
Hanoman said Nancy Lanza told him she introduced guns to Adam as a way to teach him responsibility. ‘Guns require a lot of respect, and she really tried to instill that responsibility within him, and he took to it. He loved being careful with them. He made it a source of pride,’ Hanoman said."
They’re not wrong. With a normal mentally sane person introducing them to firearms can teach and build enormous respect and foster a sense of enormous responsibility, both for other people and for themselves.
Thing is… this kid apparently had shown he was already ■■■■■■ three times in the head. Giving him a gun was a terrible idea.
