Any increase was well on the way before January 20.

I agree I have the advantage of living in Texas instead of under Cuomo’s NY. State health agencies are well established. You just need a competent state governement, not re-invent agencies already in control at the state level.That is where the GAO report comes from…the GAO only gets to boss around Federal governments and that’s what they want.

Trump took the correct actions just as other countries.
We shall see how Biden does with his “there is nothing I can do” stance he took after the election.
But he is correct. The correct actions were already taken before he became President.
His is only to find some way to try to take the credit. He has a team working on it.
