The fourth hypothesis is that even if nothing was illegal, the biases of the FBI interfered with our elections and the functioning of the Trump administration. Trump was not only innocent of collusion but was suspected only due to the political interference of the FBI. That may not have direct legal implications, but it may have a good deal of political implications.
Wasnāt that the hypothesis that Durhamās three year investigation tested. Since he failed to come up with anything substantive ā got one guilty plea on a minor procedural issue involving a single person which hardly adds up to a systemic bias at the FBI ā we can safely conclude that Hypothesis 4 was ruled out by Durhamās years of work.
Bias and weaponizing of our government agencies is what he found. They are highly important but not necessarily illegal.

Our hands in this forum extend predictions for fun, without anything on the line but foolish pride. On the other hand, pundits saying Pelosi being ousted is a not big deal is simply put in denial or deflection as no doubt a devastating loss for the Dems including Biden essentially now a lame duck.

The wave turned into a trickle. That should have never happened and yet it did. And blame has to primarily lie with the gop leadership. This includes President Trump.
