The usual. Where do you get arrested for drunk driving?

That’s actually an interesting statement. What is the limit?

The usual? While driving?

0.08 BAC

Not 0.00? What’s special about 0.08?

So I can drive after drinking?

I am not gonna try and guess what you are getting at. I’ll be happy to respond to a directly stated point.

According to freedom at all costs cons… you should be able to drive drunk… no punishment until you hit someone. You can even damage public property and be ok.

I love this

Is it prior restraint? Do they arrest you for drunk driving before you drive because you might do it?

That’s where we seem to be.

If you hit someone, did you break a harm law? If you damage public property, did you break a harm law?

If you drive drunk 0.09 all the way home without doing either, did you cause harm?

Your ā€œseemā€ is broke.

Yes. and her way endanger others and was wrong.

Not to mention killing a dog that had no say in the matter.

You must be some kind of lawyer.

The answer is yes in most states. If you are intoxicated in a car and the keys are in the car, you can be arrested for drunk driving.

According to the high modernists, I can drink a shot of Tequila (1.5 oz) an hour and drive.

You seem to be confused as to the topic.

I directly answered the question you posed.
