Well, I’ve made my point. She endangered people on the ground, no two ways about it.
Shows the value of that law.
And it didn’t stop her now did it?
Splattering your dog on the sidewalk is immoral
Says who?
Shows the value of that law.
Laws that people break have no value? Wow.
That a 17 year old girl euthanized by Netherlands goverment with doctors blessing. Yeah she had tough childhood. Her innocents was robbed from her. To have state assistant suicide. I know this is Netherlands but would you want this here in the states? Seems to me they should have gotten her more help, she should have been taken to horse farm or something so she can bond with something…anything. And who knows…maybe gain her freedom again. Is this something that you would support?
This thread seems to have various opinions on the subject. From age, to not allowing it at all. Samm seemed the most opposed.
When I said whether conservatives were in coming around, I meant in the general population. Last I looked most Conservatives were against it.

Wow! Just wow!
Says who?
Me, NYC, and millions of others. But I mostly care about me.
Oryx: WuWei:They are immoral.
This one isn’t.
It absolutely is. The city of NY doesn’t know what’s best for her dog.
Do animal owners always know what is best for their animal?
Last I looked most Conservatives were against it.
Were they? Are you sure they’re conservatives?
I’m a liberal.
Well, I’ve made my point.
Good. Now lets address that need to control others.
What drives an individual to demand control? What need that needs filling? Does it justify one life?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Better than some bureaucrat?

There is no circumstance where jumping off a building and splattering on the sidewalk is “best for her dog.”
And if the dog survived the fall but was in pain? No problem, right? (To sneaky)

She made everyone of you completely irrelevant.

Great find.
My problem she was a minor and state assistant if my memory is correct. I have to get moving here I’ll read that thread later.

In general? Probably selfishness if you boil it down enough.

I think it’s hubris

From skimming you were against the age + assistance. Which I’m in agreement with.
For the record, I’m for assisted suicide when it comes to terminal cases.

Yes…so I’m I.
