What does it matter if Trump is a man of God? The only question YOU should care about is whether YOU are a man of God? If you are, what does God say on the matter, regardless of Reverend Graham?
1 Timothy 2:1-4
2 I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings, be made for all men; 2 for kings and all that are in high place; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and gravity. 3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 who would have all men to be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth.
Let’s say that you consider Trump to be your enemy but you’re a Christian? What should you do?
Matthew 5:43-45 American Standard Version
43 Ye have heard that it was said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy: 44 but I say unto you, Love your enemies, and pray for them that persecute you; 45 that ye may be sons of your Father who is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and the unjust.
I must ask the OP, are you a man of God and if so, what beef do you have with Reverend Graham’s request for prayer for the President?
