Former US ambassador Marie Yovanovitch: Victim or co-conspirator?

The constitution however tells us otherwise.

Irrelevant to the conversation, your Strawman is burning.

What conflict of interest did Biden have with Apter?

So you don’t. Nice to know you admit being wrong again in trying to compare the two. You are reaaaaaaaly bad at this.

I’m not wrong, there is no requirement that there be some sort of formal announcement of ceremony.

The POTUS can send anyone he choses to meet with foreign officials at any time.

The examples you gave vs what guiliani did have a big difference…see if you can spot it.

He did what he was asked to do by The President just as they did.

Ah nope so close.

They didn’t? Were the fired on the spot?

Just try a little bit. One day you will be able to get a correct fact …one day…

You are flailing wildly and badly and failing equally as bad.

Well that is just being silly. You posted the article, surely you can tell the difference. If not…I really, honestly pitty you.

No, you’re just throwing yet another tantrum

Pity, truly a pity.

I am confused by Lutsenko.

He says in March to a Journalist who has the same lawyers as Dmitro Fritash by the way that there was a ā€œdo not prosecuteā€ list

He then says in May that there is no evidence of wrongdoing by the Biden’s

Then he was fired and under investigation for abuse of power.

It seems like on one side there is a gallery of shady characters pushing a story in order to benefit politically and on the other are career officials who have served the country faithfully under a number of administrations.

It is baffling to me that people would accept the word of the menagerie of sketchy misfits over that of long serving US officials.

What corruption is Burisma alleged to have conducted?

The recent election in Ukraine resulted in a change of government. Lutsenko left his office as a result, and the new investigation has nothing to do with the alleged conversation with the US ambassador. Lutsenko was convicted several years ago in a prosecution condemned by the US government among others:

ā€œAs a reformist interior minister who – among other things – dismantled the criminal hit squad within the ministry responsible for such high-profile crimes as the murder of journalist Georgiy Gongadze, he angered some persons who are now back in power,ā€ Marieluise Beck of Germany, a rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), told the Kyiv Post. . . His sentence was condemned by the European Commission, Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), and the United States Department of State at the time, Victoria Nuland.

The alleged statement that Yovanovitch made the Ukrainian prosecutor is consistent with the letter sent from the US embassy a few months earlier. The US policy was to protect people the US was supporting from possible prosecution.

The investigation into the actions of the Anti-Corruption Action Center . . . is misplaced. . .we are gravely concerned about this investigation for which we see no basis . . .

A link to the letter is embedded in the OP; here it is a direct link:

Yes. I know all of that.

Lutsenko is a contradiction of a person.

I am not sure why people would take his word over Yanukovych.

Which ignores the whole story…
