For the slow learners among you. This is why we need ICE raids

And libs need to stop with there bitching…

Again … “release criminal back onto the streets.” isn’t necessarily accurate. Some of these people served their sentence and were released. Some were on probation. DHS wants you to think these people were just set free. That’s not the case.

Are they in custody?

If not, they are free to commit further crimes, and you are here nitpicking on the phrase “set free”.

I am being nitpicky because the DHS is being intentionally misleading in their use of the same phrase.

Like libs are NEVER misleading themselves.

From whom?

The state of NY will release the raw documents, and they will tell the story.

They’re already available. They don’t need to be released. Where do you think DHS got their data? Tons of conservative sites have confirmed it. Lib sites won’t touch it.

The only source I’ve seen so far is the DHS press release. The reporting out there references the press release. What reports confirmed the DHS numbers?

NYC. They have disputed nothing. If this was a lie, the NY Times would be on it like white on rice. What exactly do you want them to do? Lib media and the DNC are free to walk in the door and ask them. At any time. But they won’t because they prefer to keep this dipshiddery on the down low. Nobody outside of DHS or conservative media want to acknowledge this. So Your people are not going to help. They like to keep their people ignorant.

Sometimes the state has no choice. When the feds issue a detainer request to hold someone past their release date, a commom occurence, it violates the prisoners rights to hold them past the legal release date. Unless there is an arrest warrant, the state must release them on the date their sentencing ends, period. They can’t hold them legally .

What they can do is honor ICE detainers. It is legal for them to hold them on behalf of the feds. 100 percent. They didn’t release these goons because they had to. They did it because they wanted to.

Only for 48 hours, after which they MUST be released.

Show me the raw data.

And without telling ICE. Which is exactly why we need so many ICE raids.

Why the hell do you think that I have any raw data? May I suggest you ask the people who do? The city of New York?

I would expect your people to be disputing this. Yet they do not. What gives? Where’s Le-tit-ia?

New York has released nearly 7,000 criminal illegal migrants back onto the streets since January 20, 2025, without notifying ICE or federal immigration authorities. This includes individuals with serious criminal histories, such as murderers and rapists, who have been released despite active ICE detainers. The Department of Homeland Security has demanded that New York Attorney General Letitia James ensure that these individuals are returned for deportation.

How misleading? Aliens, even if having served their sentence, should do their recidivism in their own country.

And that’s fine. But NYC are following their own due process and are under no obligation to hold these people any longer than they have too. DHS is mad and that’s totally understandable.

Sounds like he approves of the release of all those criminals.

Of course. The penalty for ignoring our laws, giving us the middle finger and crashing out borders, should be getting sent home.
