NYC had 7000 criminal invaders in custody. Their crimes included drug trafficking, sexual assault, battery and 29 cases of homicide. Rather than turning these animals over to immigration for deportation, they turned them loose on the public. You heard that right. They would rather have predators terrorizing citizens than having them sent home where they belong. Sorry libs, But your cult has lost it’s mind.
Just keep in mind the only source for this is the DHS. So just take that for what it’s worth.
Also this comes down to sanctuary city stuff and whether state governments honor ICE detainer requests. NYC doesn’t apparently.
And when DHS says these people were released, that’s a bit misleading. It’s hard to pin down but it seems like they were released pending trial, on bail, completed sentences, etc. DHS wants you to believe they were arrested for murder and then released scott free.
DHS is mad NYC isn’t detaining these individuals long enough to hand them over to ICE. Fair enough I suppose. I’d be mad if I were them too.
OK. Then what are democrats saying about it? Just keep in mind that these records are open to the public. Either 7000 records were faked and the democrats are choosing to remain silent about it or, someone spent a lot of time committing a fraud and should probably go to prison. What is your evidence that this is all bull ■■■■■
The fact that your media and your politicians are saying nothing should be enough. You actually believe that NYC would remain quiet if they were falsely accused of releasing 7000 criminal invaders?
Now that you have had the chance to think about it. What is your opinion of this atrocity?
The better question would be, do you think NYC should have detained these people so that ICE could take custody of them. Personally, I don’t know. I think in some cases, yes, they should be held until ICE can take custody. In other cases, maybe not. Ultimately, NYC was following their normal protocols when these people were released.
Yes, it’s state issue to determine how they want to work with the feds. But it’s legal for feds to come in and get em themselves. And that’s precisely what they’re doing.
They do have the right to ignore administrative detainers, apparently. But that is why sanctuary cities need more ICE. And the federal government has the right to put them there without interference.
