It’s temporary. I’m a little tired of the whining.
The issue: most people that get COVID survive.
Yes there are potential long term side effects…mostly cardiovascular or potentially cognitive…but the story is, most people survive. They don’t think about the side effects (funny they discount the side effects from the disease but NOT the vaccine).
So it’s easy to be vaccine-hesitant…and altruism to protect others is not going to be a good enough motivator to overcome all the hesitancy.

Both probably fair statements. It can be frustrating when people won’t do what we want them to.
And that is the real problem.
Really good post. And we can add in lack of critical thinking skills, disinformation and stratification of cognitive ability. Also loss of trust and credibility of the medical bureaucracy and political agendas.
