What was his criminal history up until this time? Is this a pattern? I conclude that this man was under a mindset of temporary insanity and I find it to be totally understandable. Now the superintendent is fired…that’s it for his crime. Now apply that same level of prosecution to this father.
The Father involved had an outburst at Loudon county school board was the victim, not the perpetrator. This instance was used as an example of bad acts in the letter jointly prepared by the White House and the National School Board organization (subsequently withdrawn by the school board organization). Garland used this as an excuse to concentrate on parents.

I am not a member. My understanding is that they do not publish their organization chart. I suppose people dressed in black with the same sort of backpacks just happen to show up individually when conservatives meet?
Sure and if they make death threats.. they should be arrested. Can you think of a time when that wasn’t the case?

The Portland federal prosecutor’s office said it arrested more than 40 people on charges ranging from failing to obey lawful orders and operating a drone in restricted airspace to arson and assaulting a deputy U.S. marshal with an explosive device.
In a July 26 internal memo first reported by the Lawfare.com blog, Brian Murphy, a former FBI agent who was serving as acting chief of the Department of Homeland Security’s Intelligence and Analysis office, suggested calling many Portland protesters “Violent Antifa Anarchists Inspired.”
Murphy was transferred to a different job over the weekend.

Many organizations in the military consider their organization chart classified at some level. It’s not unusual for militants to hide identities of leaders. The request to identify a leader as a prerequisite to admitting the existence of the group is pure and solid distraction.
You just posted an article saying they were arrested and prosecuted.

He raped a ten year old child. He lost the right to self identify his own gender when he did that. He lost everything actually, including his right to life.
He deserves a .45 ACP round to the back of the head. It’s that simple.

So…what? If a crime is dire enough, or a victim is mad enough, we’re going to excuse vigilantism? Also bear in mind, he threatened innocent people; the school board certainly didn’t rape his daughter
That is a consideration for his trial, not an ante facto excuse for his actions.
We need to think long and hard about allowing street justice. Down that road lies madness.
