Yes, and child molesters are a very unique sub set. They are mentally deficient … no rehabilitation results from serving a prison sector. They are just as likely to molest another child after they serve a sentence as they were before.

So the guy who raped and killed that little girl in Texas deserves a second chance? He can be rehabilitated? A large majority of felons land up in jail again for the same crime, and even people in gen pop don’t like kid diddlers.

The onus is on you to prove they can be rehabilitated because a majority of criminals land in jail for committing a similar offense to the first they committed. Obviously releasing criminals back into public after rehabilitation isn’t working because of the crime waves in major cities increasing because they are releasing felons. There is no recourse to their bad actions.

He raped a ten year old child. He lost the right to self identify his own gender when he did that. He lost everything actually, including his right to life.
