The Supreme Court justices wouldnāt have enough time to prepare major write ups for every time a Bidenjudge or Obamajudge tries to block an executive decision. They would spend all their time putting out little fires by TDS activists.

Then they should give clarity as to whether an emergency docket decision is precedent.
NBC interviewed 12 anonymous judges who complained their rulings were being overturned without explanation. Thatās out of 677 federal district judges. Perhaps these cowards had better come out of hiding and specify what cases they are talking about and what they have a hard time understanding. After all, they canāt be fired.
