I don’t expect it to be overturned anyway. The argument comes up every time a court vacancy opens up. As if abortion is the only thing the court has to deal with. Then it never actually comes up. So the panic may be a little over stated.
A smart nominee will not comment on any cases that may come up before the court. Any one who does, should be rejected.
Me neither. All politicians (R and D alike) are about retaining power and there’s no way the Republican party is taking away their most effective tool in convincing voters the next election the most important of our lifetimes. Without abortion on the table all they have is the fear of brown people.
