Correct. CRT is not being taught in K-12. Your own link shows that.

Sure. However, the conservative charge is that CRT is being taught. If I am teaching about reconstruction and I use my CRT “lens” to examine the the role of the 1877 Compromise during reconstruction… is that teaching CRT? No.
