In any case anyone involved in the decision to light it on fire need to be held accountable. We set it on fire because we were afraid it would catch on fire and explode is a ridiculous excuse. Same goes for not evacuating downwind more then a measly mile.

Fire doesnāt cleanse a chemical spill, it converts chemicals into other chemicals which may be even more deadly.

Going to go out on a limb and guess this isnāt the first train derailment involving dangerous chemicals, I canāt recall of ever hearing about one being set on fire.
