I am going to guess that there might be discovery that would force him to revel his total net worth. And that would be used to set a dollar amount that would shut his mouth. I am wondering if any of his lawyers told him not to say anything about her or the last case.

According to what I have seen in the press, she is seeking $10M on this round. And this time she wonât have to undergo the remaining cross-examination of the first trial.

I donât honestly think the GOP, given the chance, will pass on Federalizing abortion and banning it nationwide, or severely limiting access. Despite the claims that this is a state issue, I think that was more of a smokescreen. They just wanted Roe overturned.
Who is they? I know for sure I and likely many others believed there was no sound reasoning that this wasnât a state policing power issue. Once there, I would support a limited but not complete ban on abortions at the state level. Others would support more or less bans.
Some,clearly believe abortion is murder and they of course support a complete ban by any jurisdiction that has the power.
Others, I suspect, could care less about abortions but wish Roe were still around so they could campaign against it.
