Drip, Drip, Drip...... Now Let's Connect Them?

after a grand jury handed up a secret indictment charging her with robbery and domestic violence, according to officials.

A “grand jury” and a “secret indictment”…to a 29 year old girl of small stature for “domestic violence”? I don’t believe this happens all the time and strikes me as highly unusual? I can’t wait to hear the rest of the details today.

You don’t think 30 year old women are capable of committing crimes?

Whooooooooooooooosh :sunglasses:

Why? It doesn’t matter. The obvious thing is that her and older boyfriend have been up to some criming and got arrested for that.

Why it doesn’t matter is that it will be some kind of deepening conspiracy, not just another two bit conservative grifter.

All indictments in Ohio are secret until the arraignment.

The indictment was released today. She and her husband - and her brother as well - are accused of robbing and assaulting her mother.

Nasty.

Also both the county and state she lives in are ruled by Republicans

Nailed it. Kind of. Odd that there are no criminal conspiracy charges.

You already had explained to you what the GRAND JURY and SUPER SECRET INDICTMENT meant, and you are still glomming on to those words conpiratorially.

Now we know, this precious little 29 year old girl of small stature was kicking the ■■■■ out of her own mother and robbing her.

Instead of moving on to the next conspiracy, you know what would be appropriate? A “damn, I totally misjudged everything about that and totally got it wrong”. That’s the response that would be appropriate.

Reading the indictments, it sounds like there’s an investigation and what’s being alleged was they went to remove evidence and both her and her younger brother are being charged by their mother.

1. Weaver Is Accused of Helping Wince & Her Brother Tackle Her Mother, Felicia McCarron, in Order to Get Her Phone

In a separate interview with responding deputies, Weaver denied her mother’s allegations. She claimed McCarron had lost her phone two days earlier and was upset about it. Weaver described her mother as “mentally ill and not reliable.” Weaver claimed her mother had threatened the rest of the family with a knife, put it away, and then ran outside the house yelling about calling the police. Weaver told deputies they had considered calling 911 themselves but ultimately decided against it.

This is Millie’s mother … It’s my cell phone worth about $50, that she took during a family dispute that happened months ago when I was in Ohio visiting my family. She took it because I had my phone on record during an argument we were having. We resolved the issue immediately and I dropped all charges right after it happened before I left Ohio … because it was a gross misunderstanding and no harm was done.

All families have their disagreements…especially during a quarantine…. In Ca nothing happens when you call the police……I am shocked my family was arrested after I told the police to drop all charges months ago. I had a general affidavit of non prosecution notarized today and I spoke with the police chief , who told me I could not do anything until Monday morning and my daughter, son and her boyfriend have to stay in jail over the weekend. I am extremely upset… this is not what I wanted to happen. I think they have a lot bigger fish to fry…makes me think this might have been done to prevent her from coming out with some political information she is covering. There was no reason for this.

It sounds like much was made…about nothing?

Here’s the link to the Heavy article.

What was posted by Smyrna as “this is Millie’s mother…” is a comment on a Youtube video, there’s no way to verify that it’s actually her, and posted without attribution.

Lets try something a little more credible that isn’t trying to make it out to be yet another conspiracy.

The young waif and mother and her 45 year old boyfriend and some other loser were verbally abusing the mother. The mother started to record it, after texting with a priest about what was happening who confirmed the mother’s account. The 3 grifters then figured out that they were being recorded, roughed up the Mom and took her phone, then the Mom ran to a neighbors house and called 911.

Cops show up and can easily tell the 3 grifters were lying and acting strange, the Moms story checked out, and now here we are.

That’s it. That’s all that happened. Domestic violence from some unstable weirdos. No deep state, no conspiracy, no drip drip drip.

Plenty of ‘derp derp derp’ though.

Exactly. Grifting criminals that were committing crimes together. They got caught and need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

…more like a family dispute where her mother attempted to drop the charges but due to women dropping charges against men and then being beaten or killed after, it is illegal to drop the charges of a domestic dispute. This is an unusual circumstance where the charges probably won’t go anywhere.

Either way, the motivation behind it is not what I contemplated yesterday…and are you listening Peter, I was wrong.

There’s no evidence the mother tried to drop the charges. There’s a Youtube comment that claims to say that. Looking at this trio’s buffoonery, whodaythink that was?

A person claiming to be Felicia McCarron on Friday left a comment on a YouTube video about the arrest. The comment said Millie Weaver took her cellphone because she was recording an argument and claimed she had asked “the police chief” to drop the charges shortly after the arrest. Cleveland.com has been unable to reach McCarron to verify whether she made the comment.

Ohio law allows prosecutors and law enforcement to move forward on prosecutions without a victim’s cooperation.

Vigluicci said he was unaware if McCarron had made any requests to drop the case, but said that it was ultimately the prosecutor’s decision whether to pursue charges.

Haha, after reading that, I can totally predict where this is going to based on this one sentence.

“Ohio law allows prosecutors and law enforcement to move forward on prosecutions without a victim’s cooperation.”

That prosecutor is about to have all kinds of wild stories spreading and weirdos showing up unannounced.

I see no evidence of the charges “attempted to be dropped.” Also, where is this statute that says it is illegal to drop the charges of a domestic dispute? You do know what “illegal” means, right?

Even when it’s all spelled out and cut and dried, for some reason its just impossible for some to play it straight. Always a little shading here, a little bending there.

Looks like she assaulted her mother.

You don’t think she could do that?

It’s the conspiratorial brain at work.

Her mother is part of the deep state.
