So Joe produced the loan contract with a date that preceded the repayment from his brother showing that no malfeasance or the even the appearance of malfeasance took place? Kamala expressed quite clearly the importance of “appearance”…so did that happen or is this different?
Yes correct. Bad optics is all the report shows. Clearly the optics of it or as you said appearance is bad but after nearly three years of hoping and wishing they admit they have no evidence of any quid pro quo and circumstantial evidence of the rest
They do not need quid pro quo or anything at all really to impeach but form the perspective of the public they found nothing other than hopes and dreams

Are the recordings of Joe being turned over to the Congress whose authority under the Constitution is to investigate? Is Joe being held accountable by Hur for the classified documents he illegally stole? If not, why not? Can you really not admit that this nation is being led by a weaponized government that is protecting the establishment and illegally going after Trump? This is what the OP is all about that I wrote years and years ago. Even when this weaponization and two-tier system is fully exposed, you’re still in denial.

Biden testified that he NEVER spoke to ANYONE that his son was working with…is that true? It’s been recorded on video that he lied. He bragged about holding a billion dollars from the Ukraine unless the investigator investigating Burisma was fired. Who was on that board? Now consider that the weaponized government impeached Trump stating that he did what Biden actually did and yet the ignored transcript proved otherwise.
