It puts together ONE group that Hacked Podesta and the DNC.
They also stated Several groups got into it.
None of that negates that Wikileaks could have gotten the DNC e-mails from an Insider.
The investigation via the indictments directly linked the hacked emails by the GRU to “Organization 1” which is Wikileaks, who disseminated them. I suppose others could have also hacked, but the evidence directly ties the GRU to Wikileaks. I don’t know why you are so intent on not believing our Law Enforcement on this one? The evidence is quite overwhelming here.
I have a suspicion they signed paperwork much more stringent, with references to federal law, federal rules, and expressing legal penalties. I know I did for my job.

You made that up. The justice department specifically admonished this conspiracy theory. Not the FBI but the justice department.

I knew that LONG before the Investigation declared their findings.
This is what I was trying to lead to.
Because even if one wants to get into the weeds about who did the hack, one would still have to recognize that the emails passed through Russian hands to get to Wikileaks.

They did, they imaged their servers and gave them to the FBI.
I know you wanted the FBI to come kick in the victims door, and take all their 180 servers, computer equipement, networking devices and leave them standing in rooms of dangling wires just a few weeks before the election but thats not how any of this works.
June 2016, Cozy Bear and Fancy Bear was found out by crowd strike to have hacked the DNC.
Cozy bear was on DNC servers for over a YEAR according to crowd strike.
