Now with Strzok and Mccabe gone, we may actually get answers. Here that Ohr, Simpson are again being called in for another Testimony? Both Ohr and Simpson are up the creek. However, that isn’t what I understand the arbitration is about. It’s about the release of the book and (a) comments about the campaign and (b) comments about Trump. There is an NDA that was part of the campaign (a private entity) with her (a private person) and that does not have to relate to government service. THAT NDA is likely to have limited any future disparaging remarks about Trump, Trump’s family, and any Trump organization. Those limitations applied not only during the campaign, but forever afterwards.
They may be trying to punish her under the private organization NDA, not the White House one.
