Do you suffer from white guilt?

Sums it up pretty nicely.

If they read this thread they’ll get caught up on victimology in a hurry.

No, I don’t agree with that, she’s wrong. Again.

Specific laws? Not that I’m aware. Are there laws that disproportionately burden people of color? Yes. Is the power structure of this country built to favor whites and the wealthy? Yes.

That’s true. Any way we could swap 1 lib for every 1 illegal coming here?

No, it is an obstacle. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be overcome. Hell it may not even be the biggest obstacle in 2020… but it is one.

Systemic racism can exist without laws that perpetuate it.

I thought illegals were libs (who all illegally voted en masse for Hillary) ?

Didn’t just accuse her school, Candace Owen sued her school and ■■■■■■■ won.

Do you believe that the primary obstacle to black success is that white people won’t let them succeed?

Which law needs to be changed?

Give me your favorite example.

“Systemic” racism does not exist without laws, policies, procedures, regulations, etc driving the system in a given direction.

The current system is designed in the opposite direction.

There is no law in existence in this country that additionally “burdens a group of people” based on race.

I thought you were still on “it’s majority ethnic group privilege because even though that’s clearly white people I oppose the latter and believe in the exact same former.”

Mandatory minimums.

“Broken windows” policing and stop and frisk.

Who built the current system?

Recurring theme - pops up every other month it seems.

Do the laws as written mandate different mandatory minimums based on skin color or race?

Two things.

  1. White criminals are subject to the same laws.

  2. President Trump’s prison reform got rid of much of this.

What do you think of #2?

Quite the contrary, they prohibit it.
