Dims Hoping Taylor Swift will turn Florida Blue?

Apparently the chair dance she does is “burlesque” and not appropriate for her audiences and the dance itself is a masonic one!!!

Sometimes I wish I did not visit the more stupid sites of the interweb.

I’m not googling her name. Why the language? Swifty?

What’s that do for her tax liabilities?

Slow day.

She has one apartment that’s worth almost the total amount she’s “donated to charity.”

I am sure the charities are not complaining.

Of course not. That makes it noble.

Florida is flippable. It’s going to be very close and Kamala very well may win it. And now she’s got Taylor’s endorsement too!

Gotv young folks!

If you are relying on people like Taylor Swift to decide who to vote for you have more issues than necessary.

That would be embarrassing to admit. Yeah, I voted for Harris cuz Taylor told me to!!.

just because a state has a panhandle doesn’t mean it’s flippable

You are right. Which is why the Trump campaign tried to run with her fake endorsement.

Sure I do :victory_hand: :blue_heart:

Swift actually mentioned that fake endorsement in her actual endorsement. She felt compelled to publicly give an endorsement after Trump posted an AI Swift endorsing him. Had Trump not done so, she may have not been so public about it. Bad move on his part, she is very popular. Her picture accompanying the endorsement was her holding a cat, which seems to be a dig against Vance as well. This just solidifies a bit of the female voting demographic who already has problems with Trump regarding reproductive rights, the childless cat lady issue is going to pose a problem. Swift is going to deliver younger voters to the polls, she is already raising awareness about registering to vote and early voting, and offering links to her millions of followers so that they can register and participate this November.

Clever!

Although Florida has been on my mind of late, they do have an abortion amendment on the ballot this November and if their experience follows what we have seen to this point, it tends to mobilize voters more than even a Presidential election. Florida isn’t solid red, the margin right now between Trump and Harris is less than 5%. Florida can certainly be a lot closer than folks might imagine. This is the one state that might surprise folks.
