What an astonishing lack of understanding why the non-hetero teen suicide rate is so high, which is in part due to what I said above this astonishing quote.
Societal disapproval for teen homosexuals is no longer a thing in their peer groups. Not that I have observed. My daughters certainly do not disapprove. The vast majority of their college also did not disapprove. I myself have hosted many gay young people at my home, friends of my daughter, I certainly never showed them disapproval.
1984 called and wants its authoritarianism and thought policing back.

I showed them neither approval or disapproval. You would have a point there if I had shown approval or encouraged it. Itâs called being polite.
The reason many homosexuals still feel oppressed and suicidal is the same reason many black men are still angry at society: because the left keeps moving the goal-posts and telling them they are not yet getting their fair share. I didnât vote for Brandon. I was quite vocally against him during the D primary, I thought Kamala was a terrible pick.
Unlike Magas, I didnât pretend to hold my nose and vote for the lesser of two evils. I stopped doing that after 2004. I neither vote for Obama nor Hillary, either.

In point of fact, anyone who went to their college would be ostracized for objecting to homosexuality in any way. I am pretty sure thaty applies to the large majority of college campuses. Guess what, old people, including my parents didnât approve of my dope smoking rock and roll in the seventies and I didnât feel the urge to commit suicide over it.
I also knew out and proud gay men in the seventies, that took guts, itâs a relative cakewalk today in comparison.

One thing I will agree with the left and gays on though, disowning your child, or any relative or friend for being gay is atrocious.
At the same time though, many of them endorse that treatment for being a Trump voter.

Amazing that you think your attitude towards icky gays isnât forced onto homosexual teens every single day by others, directly contributing to the high suicide rates.

There go the goal posts. Allowing homosex is not enough for social justice and gays to rest and enjoy life⌠No. Now everyone has to have acceptable attitudes towards gays before gays can rest.
Socialist can fix that by controlling attitudes by legislating hate-crimes. Vote for them, gays. Give them more political power.
I donât think gays are icky. I have had many gay friends and business associates over the years. I worked at a gay bar for a time. I just donât think itâs optimal. Being left handed isnât the best either. Children should be guided to and taught the optimal path through life not the perilous one. I have not once ever intimated to a child that I thought his/her gayness was a problem, not my place. Also have assured my children when they were growing up they would be just as loved if they were to be gay.
None of that obligates me to pretend a boy in a dress is actually a girl. I wonât bend biology to appease anyone.
Oh and by the way when I worked at that bar, I was a minor and the gay patrons were umm problematic in regard to wanting sex with minors.
