EXACTLY! Evil being the operative word. She was saying confederate statues are evil. How the ■■■■ can that be twisted into their being okay? It can’t that’s how/
It’s a hyperbolic statement, nothing more. “I hate these two things very much, but if I had to chose, I pick this over that”.
Doubtful. I have no trouble imagining the same response from her if the propsed statue was of, say Alito.
