We’d definitely encourage you to do so.
Yeah. Their business, not yours.
No we are witnessing businesses protect themselves in a manner they see fit.
It’s what at will employment means.
Maybe the workers at these businesses should unionize or something…hmm…
why do you hate free market so much?
JayJay:They do.
And it’s their businesses.
Yeah. Their business, not yours.
I know.
And I am in favor of them telling their unvaccinated staff either get vaccinated or jump through hoops to be allowed on site.
Aren’t you?
Yeah. Their business, not yours.
So what are you bellyaching about?
BTW @JayJay Don’t every correct me at spelling ever again.
A) Have I ever corrected your spelling?
B) What are you on about?
A Yes.
Title of thread.
A) I don’t think so. I usually am not the Grammar Police
B) Dropped letters are commonplace when I type on my iPad, but thanks for the catch!

So, drug/alcohol testing? You know you get discounts on insurance if you have a policy in place.
Who is to tell someone they have to have a COVID shot?
I’ve never seen that in my policy yet.

Yes you have…specially in lame attempt to show ones intellectual superior.
Otherwise I wouldn’t have said anything.
If corporations insist on vaccinations for employees, they should be responsible for any vaccine-related injuries.
If the decide that older overweight employees are especially at risk even if they are vaccinated are the corporations free to fire them?
Companies did this type of thing to smokers in business and planes. People fought the right to smoke too. Slowly they comply. Now there is no smoking pretty much everywhere.
The right thing to do.

Businesses can change their policies at any time.
I honestly don’t know what you are on about.
Methinks you’ve gotten me mixed up with someone else.
There are plenty of other ways I would show I’m intellectually superior.
But if I ever did, apologies. I won’t do it again.

Sure, you can change your policies to read whatever you want.
Does that make it legal?
No one knows yet what they can and cannot do with COVID vax.

If proven - I would agree with that. Companies can probably get insurance or pharma to foot the bill. I would think the percentages of that is small.
There’s one “small government…businesses can do whatever they want” voice heard from…businesses that do this are government lackeys!
Like a moth to a flame

Their health insurance will pay for any issues arising from vaccine side effects.
As for the other question, one would have to prove a vaccinated person with comorbidities is a greater risk.
The problem is…just like goverment when they take a side they only alienate other side.
How do spot “taking a side” when it comes to public health
